ABOUT GOLDEN EAGLE
Founded in 2012, and based in New Jersey, USA, GEREIC acquires and manages single-family residential properties in areas with high investment values. Our strategy consists of leasing properties to high-quality tenants to produce a stable and long-term income stream. We generate above-average risk-adjusted returns from professional management and price appreciation over the holding period. Ultimately, our goal is to provide access to the U.S. “single-family for rent” market for investors through a transparent and reliable investment process.

BUY
Invest in single houses with the highest potential for appreciation in Atlanta, Las Vegas, Orlando and Tampa. With years of experience we buy the most investment-worthy properties in safe and reputable neighborhoods at below market prices.
PHASE 2
RENT
We occupy our properties with high quality tenants and seek to achieve the highest possible rent comparable to the region. This allows us to achieve positive cash flow and maximize appreciation of our investment properties while we wait to sell to either an investor or occupant/home buyer.
PHASE 3
APPRECIATE
U.S. real estate continues to show its resilience after a sustained bull market and global COVID crisis. We are analyzing daily which primary and secondary markets will continue to perform. Additionally, we are consistently and regularly evaluate timing for disposition and harvesting by either selling at peak market pricing or timed to maximize returns. Our investors are our main concern and we drive all decision making around a central core belief which is “ providing above average risk adjusted returns for our investors long term”.
FOUNDER
Kurt Chen
Kurt Chen is the founder of Golden Eagle Real Estate Investment LLC. He has been managing the company’s asset portfolio in Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa and Las Vegas since 2012. He was managing partner of WordofChina.com, an online translation service that provided Chinese translation to businesses worldwide. He was a senior software engineer at Intel. He earned an MBA in finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Houston University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Peking University.
